Platform Navigation: Header, Sidebar, and Quick Actions

AutoLetter offers a clear navigation that gives you quick access to all features. The platform consists of three main areas: the header (top bar), the sidebar (side navigation), and the dashboard with its quick actions. In this article, you will get to know all navigation elements.
The header is located at the top of the platform and is visible on every page. It contains the following elements from left to right:
The AutoLetter logo on the far left also functions as a home button. Clicking it takes you back to the dashboard at any time.
If you skipped or cancelled the introductory tour during your first use, you can restart it at any time from the header. This way, you will not miss any important setup steps.
Through the language selector in the header, you can switch the language of the user interface. AutoLetter supports multiple languages -- the change takes effect immediately on all menus, labels, and system texts.
The workspace dropdown shows the name of your currently active workspace. Click on it to switch between your available workspaces. If you only have one workspace, the name is still displayed.

A link to the Help Center (this site) is available directly in the header. This way, you can always quickly find help and guides for all features.
On the right side of the header, you will find the option to log out. After logging out, you will be redirected to the login page.
The sidebar is the main navigation element of AutoLetter. It is located on the left side of the screen and provides access to all important areas of the platform.

The "Admin" menu item is only visible to users with the Admin role. Standard users (role "User") do not see this entry in their sidebar.
On desktop, the sidebar is collapsed by default and shows only the icons of the menu items. When you hover over the sidebar, it expands and shows the full labels of the menu items. This leaves more room for the main content without sacrificing navigation access.
On mobile devices, the sidebar is displayed as a fullscreen overlay. You open it via the menu icon (hamburger icon), and it covers the entire screen. Select a menu item, and the overlay closes automatically.
At the bottom of the sidebar, you will find your user profile. Clicking on it opens your profile settings, where you can manage your personal data, password, and other account settings.
The dashboard offers quick actions that let you start frequently needed tasks directly without navigating through the sidebar. Typical quick actions include:
Use the quick actions on the dashboard for recurring tasks. They save you multiple clicks and take you directly to the desired area. The dashboard is always just one click on the logo in the header away.
