In the customer overview, you can narrow down your customer base using various filters and export the filtered list as a CSV file. This makes it easy to find the right recipients for your campaigns or create reports for other purposes.
The basic filters are available directly above the customer table. You can combine multiple filters at the same time:
Combine the "Campaign" filter with "Customer type" to find, for example, repeat buyers who have not yet participated in a specific campaign -- ideal for targeted follow-up campaigns.
For even more precise filtering, advanced filters are available:
Click on the filter bar above the customer table and select the desired filter criteria. For advanced filters, click "Advanced Filters".
You can set as many filters as you like simultaneously. The customer table updates automatically and shows only customers that match all active filters.
Active filters are displayed as small badges (pills) above the table. This gives you an at-a-glance view of which filters are currently active.
Click the X next to a filter badge to remove that individual filter. The table updates immediately.
You can export the filtered customer list as a CSV file. The export includes all customers that match the currently active filters.
First set the desired filters to narrow down the customer group to export. If you want to export all customers, leave the filters empty.
Click the "CSV Export" button above the table. The download starts automatically.
The downloaded file has the format customer-export-{YYYY-MM-DD}.csv (e.g., customer-export-2026-02-20.csv). You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet program.
The CSV export always respects the currently active filters. Before exporting, check the filter badges to make sure you are exporting the right customer group.
Click "Reset all" to remove all active filters at once and display the entire customer base again.
