Check Synchronization Status and Sync Manually

Automatic synchronization ensures that your orders from Billbee and Shopify are regularly updated in AutoLetter. Sometimes, however, you may want to check the current status or trigger a sync immediately -- for example, when you are expecting new orders.
Synchronization only applies to Billbee and Shopify integrations. CSV imports are one-time operations, and API integrations transfer data in real time -- neither requires synchronization.
Navigate to Integrations and click on the integration whose status you want to check.
In the integration details, you will see the following information:
If you do not want to wait for the next automatic sync, you can start a manual synchronization at any time:
Open the integration and click the Sync now button.
The synchronization starts immediately. Depending on the data volume, the process may take a few seconds to minutes. The status is updated in real time.
A minimum interval of 5 minutes must be maintained between two synchronizations. If you try to sync again sooner, the request will be rejected. This rate limiting protects both AutoLetter and the connected platform (Billbee/Shopify) from overload.
During normal operation, AutoLetter synchronizes your integrations every 5-7 minutes automatically. You typically do not need to trigger manual syncs. Automatic synchronization can be toggled on and off for each integration.
