View Letter Details: IDs, Page Count, and Print Options

For every letter that AutoLetter sends via DHL E-PostBusiness, comprehensive detail information is stored. This data helps you track individual mailings, analyze errors, and communicate with support.
You can access the letter details via the campaign detail view:
Navigate to the desired campaign in your dashboard and open the detail view.
Switch to the "Letters" tab. There you see a list of all letters sent as part of this campaign, along with their current status.
Click on a letter in the list to view the complete details.
For each letter, AutoLetter stores the following data:
A PDF preview is available for each letter. You can view the exact document that was submitted to DHL and printed. This is especially useful for:
If a letter has the status "Processing Error" (Status 99), additional information is displayed in the letter details:
The DHL error message is the most important clue when troubleshooting. Common messages relate to invalid address formats, unsupported special characters, or technical PDF issues. Note the error message when contacting support.
The letter details are a reference only. The values cannot be changed after the fact -- they document the actual delivery. If you want to make changes (e.g., different print options), adjust the campaign settings. The changes will then apply to future letters.
