AutoLetter automatically analyzes your campaign data using artificial intelligence and provides you with clear findings and actionable recommendations. These AI Insights help you optimize your campaigns without having to analyze data yourself.
You'll find AI Insights in the Analytics tab of your campaign detail view. They're displayed as cards below the charts, each containing a finding and a specific recommendation.
The AI detects performance spikes in your campaign and explains why certain periods were particularly successful.
Example:
"On March 15, the conversion rate was 40% higher than average. This correlates with your product promotion during that period. Consider repeating similar promotions regularly."
When your campaign's performance drops, the AI detects this and suggests countermeasures.
Example:
"The conversion rate has dropped by 15% in the last 7 days. Possible cause: The target audience is increasingly exhausted. Recommendation: Expand your audience filters or update your letter template."
The AI evaluates your budget usage and provides optimization tips.
Example:
"Your daily budget is regularly not fully exhausted. You could reduce the daily budget from 100 EUR to 60 EUR without reducing the sending volume."
Based on conversion data, the AI analyzes which customer segments respond best.
Example:
"Repeat buyers have a 2.3x higher conversion rate than first-time buyers. Consider focusing more budget on repeat buyers."
AI Insights are automatically updated as soon as enough new data is available. You don't need to trigger anything manually.
The AI needs a minimum amount of data to create meaningful analyses:
For new campaigns with few sent letters, no AI Insights are available yet. In this case, the message "Not enough data for insights yet" is displayed.
Each AI Insight contains a specific action recommendation. You can implement these recommendations directly:
AI Insights don't replace your own analysis -- they complement it. Use them as a starting point and combine them with your own knowledge about your customers and products.
