AutoLetter lets you export your campaign statistics in two formats: as a CSV file for further processing in spreadsheets or as a PDF report for documentation and presentation.
The CSV export provides you with your campaign's raw data in a tabular format ideal for analysis in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet applications.
Navigate to the campaign overview and select the desired campaign.
Switch to the Analytics tab in the campaign detail view.
Click the Export button and select CSV as the format.
The CSV file is generated and automatically downloaded.
The CSV export is especially useful when you want to run your own analyses, compare data with other systems, or create custom reports.
The PDF export creates a well-organized campaign report that summarizes all key metrics and charts in a print-ready document.
Navigate to the campaign overview and select the desired campaign.
Switch to the Analytics tab.
Click the Export button and select PDF as the format.
The PDF report is generated and downloaded as a file.
The PDF report is ideal for presenting campaign results internally, sharing with stakeholders, or keeping for your own documentation.
| Purpose | Recommended Format |

Both export formats are available for all campaigns -- regardless of whether they are active, paused, or ended.
