The short answer: No. Once a letter has been handed over to DHL for production, it cannot be recalled or stopped. Here you will learn why that is the case and what you can do instead.
AutoLetter uses the DHL E-PostBusiness service for printing and delivery. The process works as follows:
From the moment of handover to DHL (step 2), the letter is outside AutoLetter's control. DHL does not offer individual letter recalls for the E-PostBusiness service.
Letters that have already been transmitted to DHL cannot be recalled by AutoLetter or by support. This process is irreversible.
If you want to prevent additional letters from being sent, you can pause the campaign at any time:

Always start new campaigns with a small test group and a low budget. This way, you can verify that the template, recipient data, and personalization are correct before expanding delivery to the full target audience.
