You don't have to start from scratch: the AutoLetter template gallery offers 11 professionally designed templates you can use as a starting point for your own letter designs. Every design is fully customizable.
Navigate to Templates and click New Template. Select Visual Editor.
The template gallery opens automatically. You'll see all available designs as preview cards with the following information:
Use the category filters at the top to narrow down the selection. You can also use the search function to search by design name.
Click on a design to see a larger preview. Then click Use This Design to load it into the editor.
The design opens in the editor and you can freely edit all elements: change text, swap images, adjust colors, move or delete elements.
The 11 designs are distributed across 8 categories covering the most common use cases:

Every gallery design is a complete template with:
All gallery designs comply with DHL print requirements. The reserved zones on page 1 (sender, postage, recipient) are already correctly cleared.
If you like a design but want to use it in different variations for multiple campaigns, first create a base version and then duplicate it for each variation. This saves you from repeated basic configuration.
